What Are Account Limits?
Limits are a great way to better manage your account. They let you control how often you use a feature and avoid overuse.
Usage limits reset on the first day of each month, or you can upgrade to increase them.
Payment Limit - When using your online bank (code cards, code calculator or MobileSCAN), you'll get a warning if you have exceeded your monthly limit. You'll also see the limit on your authorisation device.
Upload Space - The maximum amount of disk space you can use, account-wide, for storing files uploaded on your forms. The system will automatically disable your forms if you reach this limit.
Submission Storage - The maximum number of entries, from all your forms, you can keep in your account. You can free up this limit by deleting form entries or purging them with file uploads.
Monthly Limit - This type of usage limit refers to the number of times you can use a specific feature in a month. You'll receive a notification email when you reach this limit.
The monthly limit is set by the account type. You can wait for it to reset on the first day of each month, upgrade to increase your account limit, or use an alternate method of reaching your monthly limit such as a different plan or a new form.
You can also check the monthly limit of your authorisation devices from your online bank. This will show you the limit for a single transaction and for all transactions made from that authorisation device during a day.
